EXECUTIVE PA SUPPORT

Pay As You Go

My PAYG rate is £30 per hour. This applies to core business hours, 10am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday unless otherwise agreed. Outside of these hours, additional rates may apply.

Monthly

Monthly packages start from £232. This represents the best value for your business and includes:

  • 8 hours per calendar month (saving £8 over PAYG).
  • Priority scheduling.
  • Time deducted in minutes versus PAYG packages billed in 15-minute increments.
  • No minimum charge.
  • Flat fee – no hidden extras for specialised work during contracted hours.
  • Flexible core hours.

Additional hours can be purchased.

Monthly packages are paid in advance and reset each month.

Specialist work

My Hourly Rate for specialist work, such as Promo Videos, TV Festivals, Media Monitoring, Document Control, etc. starts at £35.00 during core business hours.

Logos

Logos are priced at £150 and includes 2 drafts.

Do you work on-site?

I work from my fully-functioning home office, but will consider on-site project work.

HALLOWEEN SERVICES

Halloween Decorating

I specialise in decorating shop windows and vignettes, but I’m also open to decorating, consulting, or assisting with Halloween decorations for parties, weddings, and events.

The terms on which we work together will be decided during your free consultation. I offer several ways of working with Halloween decorating clients:

  • Decorating with a client’s own decorations
  • Sourcing decorations for clients – charges apply.
  • Making decorations for clients – charges apply.
  • Loaning decorations from my extensive collection – charges apply.
  • A combination of the above
PACKAGE 1 – Half Day £180

4 hours

Additional hours charged at £45p/hr.

PACKAGE 2 – Full Day £344

This represents the best value for your business and includes:

  • A saving of £16 over Half Day.
  • Flexible hours. If I decide to take longer on your decorating, I will not charge any extra.
  • Reduced charge of £43p/hr

Halloween Props and Decor

Decorating services do not include decorations.

I have a large collection of Halloween decorations, which can be loaned out. Items are charged individually.

I can help you source decorations, which is charged at a flat rate of £30p/hr including travel.

I can also make decorations, which is charged at a flat rate of £15p/hr plus materials.
